Our normal focus is freehold houses generally under £500,000, although exceptional distressed or off-market opportunities may be considered above this.

Send the address, a few photos and what you noticed through our official property form. Your submission is securely timestamped.
Get rewarded
We investigate, contact and negotiate. If a valid lead directly results in a successful purchase, qualifying scouts can earn up to £5,000.
Please scout responsibly
Never trespass, enter vacant buildings, harass owners, represent yourself as acting on our behalf, or post private owner information publicly. See something interesting? Submit it through our official property form so your lead can be securely timestamped and checked.

Qualifying terms for the up to £5,000 reward
- The lead must be submitted through our official property form so it can be securely timestamped. First valid submission of an address takes priority.
- The property must not already be known to us, openly marketed to us, or introduced by another party before your submission.
- A reward becomes payable only if the lead directly results in a completed purchase. The amount depends on deal size and complexity, up to a maximum of £5,000.
- Scouts must never trespass, enter vacant buildings, approach or harass owners, or represent themselves as acting on our behalf. Breaching this voids any reward.
